Starting on April 23rd 2025, you will earn 1% of your listing purchase prices (before buyer’s premium, net of all other discounts) back in Maxx Bucks when you pickup your entire order on Wednesday*. So for every $100 in listings you spend on applicable orders you get $1 to spend next time!

When will they show up in my account?

We will automatically deposit your earnings each week on Thursday if your order was fully picked up the day before!

How do I spend my Maxx Bucks?

Spending Maxx Bucks is simple and easy! You can redeem them any time towards your orders**. Every 100 Maxx Bucks is redeemable for $1 and you can choose to apply them before checking out online or sending an e-transfer. You can also ask us to apply them to your order before payment while in store picking up.

Will my Maxx Bucks ever expire?

Nope, so long as you have an active account in good standing you can use them!

SIGN IN TO VIEW YOUR BALANCE

If you return a purchase, your account balance may be reduced by the number of Maxx Bucks earned for that purchase at our sole discretion. If a refund or correction is applied to your Account, your Account balance will be adjusted up or down by the number of Maxx Bucks related to the refund or correction, as applicable. Our records of the number of Maxx Bucks earned, redeemed or deducted are deemed accurate. If you have a concern regarding your account balance, you must contact us and provide relevant evidence within 45 days from the relevant transaction date to report any discrepancy. If we do not hear from you within 45 days, it means you agree with us about those Maxx Bucks. We reserve the right to terminate the program, or any part of it, at any time. If the program is terminated, you will have up to 30 days after the effective termination date to redeem any Maxx Bucks in your Account. After the expiry of the 30-day period, any Maxx Bucks that have not been redeemed will be forfeited. We reserve the right to withdraw or temporarily change or suspend all or part of the program in any way, in the event of a material error, omission, technical problem, computer virus or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond our reasonable control that interferes with the proper conduct of any aspect of the program as set out in these Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of the program in any way (as we may determine in our sole discretion) could be a violation of criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, we reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. *You will earn 1% of all listing purchase prices(before buyer’s premium, net of all other discounts) if applicable. Every item from your order must be picked up in its entirety for your order to apply for earnings. **Maxx Bucks cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot applied to any restocking fees, payment default charges, or taxes owing.
