If your purchase is not removed from our premises before the deadline or is unable to be completed for any reason, the item will be removed from your account and made available for sale on our site again. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% (minimum $40, $60 for large items or $120 for pallets) of the sale price of the item(s) plus taxes. Any products left behind on our premises will be assessed a $200 disposal fee. Restocking is not permitted for items that do not have the 7-day functionality warranty.

All purchases must be completely removed from our facility. A refundable deposit of $200.00 will be required for this item (one per invoice). Any remaining items/packaging left behind will void your deposit refund.

Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery, loading or assistance during inspection. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are sold AS-IS. Once they leave our inspection area they cannot be returned. Lots may have a variance of 15% in quantity and/or value. Disputes within those parameters will not be accepted. See our warranty page for more details.

Payment & Pickup Options

Photo ID is required for pickup. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder without prior authorization via email.

For security purposes we will record your ID at the time of pick up.

Orders over $500 will require payment via Cash, Debit, E-Transfer, ACH or Wire Transfer. Please email [email protected] should you have any questions regarding your payment options prior to bidding.

Maxx reserves the right to deny the collection of invoices by third parties that have been paid online. Should you wish to send a third party to collect your invoices, we encourage you to send payment via e-transfer or have your pickup person pay in-store to avoid potential delays/refusals of pickup. Regular payment and removal deadlines still apply.

Maxx is unable to release orders to parcel shipping/courier companies.

For those NOT using their own vehicles for pick up - goods will only be released to hired dock level trucks upon the presentation of a BOL from the carrier. U-Haul trucks (or similar) are not dock-level. In the interest of safety for all, we reserve the right to refuse loading or unloading of goods based on your truck bed height.

There are no exceptions to our policies.
