If the purchase is not picked up before the deadline or is unable to be completed for any reason, the item will be removed from your account and made available for sale on our site again. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% (minimum $50 or $100 for pallets) of the sale price of the item(s) plus taxes.

Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery/loading. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are sold AS-IS. Once they leave our inspection area they cannot be returned. Lots may have a variance of 15% in quantity and/or value. Disputes within those parameters will not be accepted. See our warranty page for more details.

Payment & Pickup Options

Photo ID is required for pickup. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder without prior authorization via email.

For security purposes we will record your ID at the time of pick up.
