Please note: We are closed on all statutory holidays. These closures will not change any pick up deadlines.
When an item has passed the pickup time period we will ship the item(s) to you. Shipping charges will be charged to your credit card on file.
If the item is not shippable as stated in the listing and/or the purchase is unable to be completed for any reason, the item will be removed from your account and made available for sale on our site again. You will be charged a restocking fee of 20% (minimum $20) of the sale price of the item(s) not shipping, plus taxes.
All purchases must be completely removed from our facility. Any remaining items/packaging left behind will incur a $200 disposal fee per listing.
Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery/loading. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour. If you request our assistance (and we’re able to help), we are not responsible for any issues resulting from loading.
Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are sold AS-IS. Once they leave our inspection area they cannot be returned. Lots may have a variance of 15% in quantity and/or value. Disputes within those parameters will not be accepted. See our warranty page for more details.
Payment & Pickup Options
Photo ID is required for pickup. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder without prior authorization via email.
For security purposes we will record your ID at the time of pick up.
