When an item has passed the pickup time period we will ship the item(s) to you. Shipping charges will be charged to your credit card on file.

As this is a Special Event item, if you need to remove it from your account you will be charged a restocking fee of 20% (minimum $100 or $200 for pallets). This fee must be paid via Cash, Debit or E-Transfer. We regret that we are unable to remove As Is lots after they have been picked.

All purchases must be completely removed from our facility. A refundable deposit of $200.00 will be required for this item (one per invoice). Any remaining items/packaging left behind will void your deposit refund.

Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery/loading. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are sold AS-IS. Once they leave our inspection area they cannot be returned. Lots may have a variance of 15% in quantity and/or value. Disputes within those parameters will not be accepted. See our warranty page for more details.

Payment & Pickup Options

Photo ID is required for pickup. Items will not be released to anyone other than the winning bidder without prior authorization via email.

For security purposes we will record your ID at the time of pick up.
