As this is a Special Event item, if you need to remove it from your account you will be charged a minimum 15% or $100 fee (plus taxes), whichever is greater, up to a maximum of $1000 plus taxes. This fee must be paid via Cash, Debit or E-Transfer. We regret that we are unable to remove As Is lots after they have been picked.

All purchases must be completely removed from our facility. Any remaining items/packaging left behind will incur a $100 disposal fee per listing.

Transactions at Maxx do not include any delivery/loading. If you are purchasing a large item, please bring proper transportation and labour. If you request our assistance (and we’re able to help), we are not responsible for any issues resulting from loading.

Unless otherwise stated, all of our items are sold AS-IS. Once they leave our inspection area they cannot be returned. See our warranty page for more details.
